Tell me about yourself
I grew up in Darwin, N.T. Australia, behind a crocodile farm (no, I’m not joking) and yes, once I found a baby croc in my backyard. I’ve since lived all over Australia, but now at the age of 29, I call Melbourne home.
Style is what for you?
Choosing what personality you want to be for every occasion, and then choosing which body part you want to show off that day and not apologising for it. My favourite combo is a singlet, jeans and boots. My one rule is never leave the house without a watch! It’s timeless for men, so to speak.
How you keep your life balance?
I’m a little backwards, I like to relax in the morning and then do things at night, such as errands and gym. Unless there’s a super early casting or shoot in which I have no choice. Coffee helps, and I won’t go to sleep without meditating.
How you keep your body fit?
Gym every single day, and I never lift too heavy. Lowering weight was the biggest game changer. Train smart, not hard… And I live for the rowing machine. I had a serious leg injury a few years back, and could only use the rower, which is where I learned how amazing it is!
Do you use grooming products?
I actually hate doing my hair, so I usually try to rock messy bed hair with a good dust. My favourite at the moment is Uppercut Deluxe Styling Powder. Otherwise, I need to comb my eyebrows with a toothbrush because they’re so thick.
Tell me about your diet plan
My diet doesn’t consist of what to eat, but more so what not to eat. I have a protein shake recipe that tastes like a vanilla milkshake, so that helps a lot haha… and I avoid anything based around sugar, like soft drinks or candy. And don’t be afraid of turkey, it’s super lean!

Tell me about your fitness plan
For modelling I need to be more on the lean side. I have strict measurements to abide by. I train a different muscle each day, and try to mix it up as often as I can. I don’t try to up my weights too quickly, or I won’t be lean. Then I swear by Romanian deadlifts and Squats which seem to really glue all the groups together and just add that extra level of fitness.
Do you like travel? Which places you like?
I wish I could travel more often, I’ve never been to Europe or Asia. My favourite place in the world is Las Vegas, and next on my list is Tokyo! I’m a big fan of Japanese culture both old and new. I’ll probably come home with a few tattoos.
What are your future projects?
I’ve got some commercials lined up, but otherwise I would like to launch my own menswear label. It’s currently in the stages of investment, which is probably the longest stage. I can’t tell how long it’ll take so I’m just being patient until it’s ready. It’ll be a great transition to behind the product and behind the camera shooting other boys!
