I’m 31 years old leaving in Ramat Gan , israel ( city close to Tlv ) , I’m a personal trainer .
I’m really relaxed guy , my daily routine is mostly work , working out ( A lot 🙈) friends , family and home .
Style is what for you?
I would describe myself as a really basic guy when it comes to style and fashion . Mostly I would wear sports wear or denim jeans and a T-shirt- my Favorite colors are a basic black-and-white , a bit of blue and gray but mostly I wear black.
How keep your life balance?
I think just the fact that I am my own boss aloud me. To have the balance that I need in life . Don’t give me wrong I like to work , it gives A lot of satisfaction especially in this field of personal training.
How keep your body fit?
The way I keep my body fit most of the time, not all of the time 😉, but most of the time it’s just because I’m working out a lot , around seven times a week I’m doing heavy lifting weights exercise , and I can do around 3 to 5 times of cardio , around 30min – too one hour each time. And more than that I’m doing my own menus so basically I’m making sure that all the time I’m eating super clean , very low carbs and no sugar.
Do you use grooming products?
I can’t really say that I’m using a grooming product on my day to day . I think I Got blessed with a good skin 🙏🏼, so ones in a while I’m using some face cream and a mask , I like the products of Kiehls a lot , it’s really enough for me.
Tell me about your diet plan
As I said before most of the time I’m just eating superclean I eat around 4 to 5 meals a day very small proportion I eat a lot of vegetables a lot of protein like chicken , tofu, eggs and low-fat cheese , tuna , once in a while I eat meat.

Tell me about your fitness plan
When it comes to my working out routing and just from the fact that I’m working out every day I don’t feel like that I have like a specific routine I feel like I’m working out every day on the things that I feel that needs to be worked on more , i always try to improve areas on my body, get a bit bigger or leaner with of course low fat body weight ( shredded).
Do you like travel? Which places you like?
Yes I like to travel a lot I would say that my favorite place is traveling to locations where there is son and beaches and of course nice weather but to be honest I would take every destination or every kind of vacation as long as I’m with nice company it really doesn’t matter where I am.
What are your future projects?
I have a lot of thoughts running through my mind when it comes to my future plan but my manly things that I feel like I want to achieve is to open my own studio of exercise and the coffee place next to it.
