Tell me about yourself

My name is Carlos, I’m from Barcelona. In my daily life I’m a very active person that I like to train, lead a healthy life and spend time with my friends and make jokes and laugh all day.

Style is what for you?

Style is important, but for me it is much more important to have your own style, with your own personality and not to follow currents but to dress in the way that you most want even if others do not like it.

How you keep your life balance?

I keep my life balance having an orderly life, working daily, training and enjoying life. Maintaining the balance of a healthy diet without being a slave, having my weekly cheat meals, and following this lifestyle.

How you keep your body fit?

I try to do sports routinely, training in the gym, mixing with martial arts and functional training, but above all by eating a healthy diet during the week.

Do you use grooming products?

Yes, I use facial moisturizer daily

Tell me about your diet plan

My diet plan is balanced right now, I usually eat oatmeal breakfast eith egg whites in the morning, and during the day I have a balanced diet eating rice, pasta, salads, vegetables always combined with meat.

Tell me about your fitness plan

I train 5 days a week in the gym, and I have a training focused on the muscles that interest me the most, after each workout I do cardio.

Do you like travel? Which places you like?

Yeah i love travel, im planning my next travel to NYC now, and have in mind going to London, LA and Bali asap.

What are your future projects?

Right now thinking in different things and projects, but for sure continue doing the things like now and keeping the focus on me.
