I train everyday. In total around 12hours per week.

I have always been keen on sport. Before was football, now Is gym.

Nutrition is the key.
I follow a very strict diet in terms of calories, clean food and macros.
I don’t have cheat days, never.

I have visited many places. But my favorite is still Italy.
