I got a double Education. A bachelor dégrée in finance and another one in nursing sciences.

How you keep your life balance?

I think the secret is in your mind. Life is a continuous challenge and, sometimes, you have to accept defeats.

How you keep your body fit?

I train everyday. In total around 12hours per week.

I have always been keen on sport. Before was football, now Is gym.

Tell me about your diet plan

Nutrition is the key.
I follow a very strict diet in terms of calories, clean food and macros.
I don’t have cheat days, never.

It’s made in collaboration with my coach and updated every 10weeks

Do you like travel? Which places you like?

I have visited many places. But my favorite is still Italy.

What are your future projects?

I would like to improve my German knowledge and speak it fluently.
