Andres Barriga “Style is What Represents You”

I am Andrés Barriga, 23 years old Spanish men who has just moved to London after finish his studies (BA and Tourism) looking for new opportunities and have fun. I have a huge passion for acting and I love being in front of the camera I feel really confortable. I mainly shoot fashion, swimwear and lingerie but I also enjoy creative projects like bodypaint.I love express my vision of the world and fashion through my photos shared I am in shape cause I love doing sports, I train daily and I enjoy a lot doing it. Style is what for you?

Style for me is what represents you, what people will see first. They will notice how you dress, your clothes, shoes and what are you wearing at the moment, but also is something more intrinsically, what you transmit. My style could be sometimes sporty, cool or formal, I think that is very important to have differents styles and integrate it in your look, what allows you to be multifaceted while transmitting a styles that is uniquely yours and which people can recognize you.

How keep your life balance?

To keep my life balanced I need some routines in my life, things that I am doing daily and help me to be organized and feel greats, this things are learn languages (currently German) or read some books, look for the stock market, also I go to the gym 6 per week and run during the early morning , these things make my routine powerful and it is a good way to feel you good with yourself. How you keep your body fit?

I love doing sport and take care of myself, I train at the gym 6 times per week, also I play football matches and run in the morning and I eat clean everyday, it’s part of my life and make me feel really great. Another important point is to move yourself in your daily life, increasing your daily activity, there are a lot of things that you can do to achieve that, some examples are to climbing stairs instead of taking elevators or escalators, cycling or walking instead of taking the car or public transport (which is also good for the environment) these little gestures will make your life more active and help keep your body in a good shape.

Do you use grooming products?

As I am young from now I am not using grooming products, just some facials and bodies creams to keep my skin well hydrated.

Tell me about your diet plan

My diet plan is basically about eat real food, which is less processed that the regular one, is also important to control the sugar you eat. I eat clean everyday and keep away from fast food, for example I breakfast oatmeal, I love eat chicken or rice and salads with nuts, avocado, tuna… Also fruits are good to keep you healthy.

Tell me about your fitness plan

I’m currently going to the gym 6 times per week, an average of 2 hours. This is my mandatory routine, I try to focus my training in two differents ways, strength and hypertrophy, it is important to train both to develop yourself on the best way. I also going run during the morning, before the breakfast to start the day focusing in my exercise routine and keeping my mind clear.

Do you like travel? Which places you like?

Yes I love to travel, that’s why I have study tourism, I would love to can work in differents places along my life. I am always traveling that’s why I’m living currently in London, my favorite places are a lot but for example Norther part of Spain, Germany, Mediterranean country’s, east Asia…

What are your future projects?

I’d like to go deeply in the fashion world, I also want to open a business travel related and keep myself in a good shape. Also I want to learn more languages and grow as an human being related with my values and way to do the things.
