Good day to all! My name is Elvin Babayev. I was born March 10, 1998. I am 21 years old. I was born in Baku/ Azerbaijan. But I live in İstanbul / Turkey for more than 16 years.
Im Azerbaijani and Turkish model. I’m 193 tall and my weight is 80. I’m currently studying journalism at Istanbul University and I’m 4th grade. In 2014 my interest in modeling started in Baku. I took the first step in my career by taking walking lessons from a model teacher.

Tell me about your fitness plan
I work out five times per week and I try to train each muscle once or twice in that week. To be in shape for the summer i usually do a couple of weeks of low carb diet combined with a additional cardio session after each training.
Do you use grooming products?
Care products are very important for everyone. We need to look good. Everyone wants to look good.Men are more open to skin care and hair products in order to look younger and fitter.They may not want to spend a lot on the products, but they are willing to move beyond what they can find in the grocery store.
How you keep your body fit?
Exercise daily for at least an hour. You do not have to kill yourself from running, jogging, etc., but you should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. If you’re looking to shed a few pounds fast, do a higher-level intensity workout. For example, go on a walk at a brisk pace for an hour. Or, you can jog and set certain intervals to sprint during that hour. Make sure you’re not in severe pain during your workout. Just a warning, your muscles will ache after a high intensity workout. It may be irritating, but that means your body is changing for the better. Be sure to stay hydrated, stretch, and eat foods with a decent amount of protein after each workout. The protein will help keep your muscles, not fat, rebuilding.
Tell me about your diet plan?
I’m on a low-carb, full-food diet. The low-carb, whole-food dietis perfect for people who need to lose weight, optimize health, and lower their risk of disease.
It’s flexible, allowing you to fine-tune your carb intakedepending on your goals.
This diet is high in vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, fruits, nuts, and fats but low in starches, sugars, and processed foods.
Do you like travel? Which places you like?
Of course, I love it!.Who doesn’t want to travel and see new cultures? I think it’s worth seeing anywhere in the world. My current dream is to go to Italy| Milano as a fashion country and continue my modeling career there. I love places with different history.
What are your future projects?
My dream is to settle in Italy after graduating from university and develop my modeling career thereI’m in contact with the agencies there.I want to leave a mark in this life 🙂
