Tell me about your diet plan for summer

  1. 1.breakfast
    eggs + oatmeal + fruit
  2. lunch
    rice + tuna + nuts
  3. food
    rice + chicken + avocado
  4. snack
    ham + whole wheat bread +fruit
  5. Dinner
    rice + fish + salad

What about your fitness plan?

I follow a varied plan where I train each part of the body different days giving priority to weak groups where times per week.

friday arms
saturday leg again

What are your future projects?

My projects are a brand of sunglasses and swimsuits for men and bikinis, together with my girlfriend. soon
