Tell me about yourself
I’m a multidisciplinary artist (architect, painter, pianist), I focus my career on the creative process and when Im free I like spending my time with my closest people travelling, practicing sports, enjoying together.
How you keep your body fit?
I use to hit the gym 4-5 days a week and work out really hard. I combine this training with aerobics (running, cycling, swimming…) and calisthenics, to really be and feel fit, not just to look.
Whats your fitness plan?
As I told you, I train often and combine different training systems. Sometimes its difficult to find time for that when your work always keeps you busy, but all you need is determination.
Whats your diet plan?
I like to have healthy meals. As Spanish I love Mediterranean food, which is one of the most balanced and healthiest diet. I try to find variety and the real secret: no carbs (or low amount) after 9 pm. Results are great and you don’t need to get obsessed with strict dieting.
Style is what for you?
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. So, dress up and impress. Its another way to express my creativity too.
Whats your future projects?
Right now I have several architectural projects on the proccess in Spain. It will take at least a year or more to finish them. Meanwhile I ll be growing my IG engagement and after I will put both together and expand them to Asia and America.
